Mentorship
3-6 months of 1:1 mentorship

Coaching Session
During the wellness coaching session, we'll look at all aspects of your well-being and work together to reach your goals. Within 24 hours of booking, I'll email you the details for our call, along with ways you can prepare.
Calls are done over WhatsApp or FaceTime. I will email you with notes after the session so you will have everything written down.
