  • Personal Insights: We do not collect or store birth data (date, time, or location) through our website or intake health data. To protect your privacy, this information is shared only during our live sessions and then stored on Proton Drive.

  • Technical Data: IP address and browsing behavior via cookies to improve our website’s "flow."

 

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to: Process bookings for coaching and gatherings. Any birth information shared during live consultations is used in real-time to facilitate your reading and is stored in a digital database on Proton Drive by Shelby Grace.

We never sell your data. We only share information with trusted partners necessary to run our business, such as payment processors and scheduling software.

You are in control of your journey. You may request access to the personal data we hold about you. Request deletion of your data (the "Right to be Forgotten").

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your "Spiritual Portfolio." However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we encourage you to protect your own passwords and personal devices.
