  • Health Clearance: By participating in movement classes, you affirm that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent your safe participation.

  • Waiver of Liability: You agree that Shelby Grace is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during physical events or movement practices. You participate at your own risk.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

To honor the rhythm of our work and the time dedicated to your journey:

  • Cancellations: We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled within this window may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Gatherings: Specific deposit and refund policies will be provided at the time of booking for all gatherings.

4. Intellectual Property

The "Sage" wisdom shared here—including my original guides, custom media, and education materials—is the property of Shelby Grace.

  • You may use these for your personal growth.

  • You may not record sessions, redistribute materials, or sell my content without express written permission.

5. Community Conduct

Our community spaces are built on safety and respect. Shelby Grace reserves the right to remove any participant from a group setting who displays disrespectful, harassing, or harmful behavior, without a refund.

6. Product Sales

Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of PDF guides and recordings are final.

 

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, United States.
