Refund Policy

At Shelby Grace, we value the flow of energy and the commitment you make to your journey. To ensure we can maintain a consistent rhythm for all members of our community, we adhere to the following policy:

 

1. 1-on-1 Coaching

We understand that life happens. If you need to change your plans: 24+ Hours Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your session for a full refund or credit toward a future booking, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for a refund, as that time has been specifically reserved for your journey and preparation.

No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled call, the session fee is forfeited.

 

2. Gatherings

Due to the limited capacity and community nature of our in-person local events, tickets are generally non-refundable. Please contact us at shelbygrace.coach@pm.me if you are unable to join, and we will try to fill that space and offer a refund.

 

3. Digital Products

To honor the "Sage" wisdom shared in our digital products, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been sent.

 

5. How to Request a Refund

To cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your booking confirmation email or contact us directly at shelbygrace.coach@pm.me.

 

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
