ABOUT
For the woman who has enough information to write her own book.
You’ve followed the accounts, taken the courses, read the books, and bought the tools. And you still don’t know what’s right for you, or where to start, or why it all feels so hard.
It’s time to stop collecting information and build a lifestyle where wellness is a routine, not an ongoing project.

I’m Shelby — a dreamer and an action taker. I use my background in engineering and Ayurvedic wellness to figure out how to actually build the life I want.
I took a sabbatical when I left my 9–5 engineering job. Within a few months, I didn’t need a dozen “nervous system regulation” practices. Calm was my new normal. Until my schedule filled back up.
We don’t have an information problem. We have a lifestyle problem.
Most of us can’t take a sabbatical, and we shouldn’t need one. So now I’m experimenting with how to build a life that supports wellness inherently, without needing time off to feel it.
That’s what we’re building here.
Over time, something shifts. Our routines stop being things we do and start being who we are. We stop following someone else’s blueprint and start building our own — one that fits our actual life. And we start to see that how we eat, rest, work, and spend aren’t separate problems. They’re one life. Yours to build.
You get to choose what your life looks like. The days, the rhythms, the whole thing.
This is how culture changes — one life at a time. Come build yours with us.
